Privacy
This is a summary for the proof-of-concept service. A full privacy notice will be published before launch.
What we collect
Your survey answers (for example age, fitness, abilities, health conditions and preferences), your plan and the activities you tick off. We do not ask for your full name, email address, date of birth, address or NHS number. You can optionally give a first name or nickname to personalise the app.
How it's used
Your answers are used to create your plan. To do this they are sent – without your name – to an AI service that generates the plan. Health professionals using the Flomo Health administration portal can review plans to improve the service.
Your plan code
Your plan is opened with an 8-character code. Anyone with the code can view your plan and tick off activities, so keep it private.
